Answer:
This rental and suspend is currently will be done by manually until End of November.
It will develop in the phase 2 (enhancement). This system will remind the merchant 7 days before it expired.
For example: the merchant subscriber on 10 September 2016 and expired by 9 October 2016.
The service will remind the merchant that he has within 30 days to renew before it wit ill expire.
Scenario 1: after reminding 3 more time during October and by 9 October the merchant will be suspended.
If the merchant renewal is on November. He merchant requires to pay subscription fee 2 months ( October and November )
Scenario 2: If the merchant require during October ( let’s say 14 October ), the system will remain the expire date on 30 October and will remind merchant 7 days before 30 October.
